Do you take my insurance?
We are in-network with many insurance providers. Reach out to our office to discuss insurance and financing options.
Can I just walk in for an appointment?
Appointments are highly recommended. For your first appointment, please use our schedule link or call us at 515-309-3791.
What happens on my first appointment?
At your first appointment, the Doctor will assess your case with a complete examination & patient history. If we can accept your case, the Doctor will do a nervous system scan & X-rays (if applicable) to help find the root cause of your issue(s). This appointment takes approx. 45-60 minutes.
What kind of adjustments do you make?
We use a hands-on approach with manual adjustments. We also use alternative techniques, including soft tissue and an Arthrostim device.
Where will my appointment be?
All New Patient visits and other special appointments will happen in our West Des Moines office. We can see patients in our St.Charles office 2x/week for adjustments only.
What if I don’t have any insurance coverage?
We offer a cash discount program for those without insurance or those who don’t have chiropractic benefits. It is a one-time $15 annual fee for you and your whole family. It discounts exams, X-rays, & adjustments. Please ask about signing up in the office.
